After the kiddos first full week of school, we get to enjoy a 3 day weekend! It may be Labor Day, but Daddy still has to work. Boo! We wanted to do something fun, but knew we didn't have much time, so we went to the Splash Pad this morning. No worries my friends, this will be the last Splash Pad post of the season. I just took some pictures that were to cute not to share. Like this one.
We were all excited when we saw a rainbow in this picture with Karsyn.
Daddy joined in on the fun too!
The girls loved spinning the water pole as Evan ran under the water! Payton showed her little sisters how it's done!
Addi thought Evan was hilarious. He was cracking her up!
She had us all cracking up when she started singing, "Strawberry girl in a strawberry world." She didn't notice that the other parents there were smiling and watching as she was singing her heart out. Evan had a lot of fun playing with the water guns! This has always been his favorite feature of the Splash Pad.
We love that we got to spend some time in the sun with Daddy before he went to work! Hope you enjoy your Labor Day Weekend too!

ReplyDeleteDave had to work today too. We ran four hours of errands this morning and then had a quiet afternoon. Tomorrow and Monday Dave is home and then Sam. Starts. School. Oh my word...

DeleteHey, I am perfectly okay with your doing one more splash pad post! I am so not ready for summer to end. *Sigh* Sounds like our Evans are very similar...they both love shooting! Haha! Addi looks so cute in those pictures, and of course, Karsyn is like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! :-)
