Devil's Den State Park {2014)

After we had the greatest time in Branson on Saturday, we got up on Sunday to go to Devil's Den State Park in Arkansas.  It's just south of Fayetteville, so it wasn't too far off of the path of the way home.  We had a little GPS fail, but we were able to find our way to the park.  It was just beautiful!  Addi said the water looked polished.  I don't know how else to describe it.

Papa taught the kiddos to skip stones.

Here's Evan trying.  We thought Addi had stone skipping down.  Turns out, she was just throwing lots of little rocks in. ha!

And a view from the top.  Papa joked that the bridge could break and Karsyn didn't think it was very funny.  She started crying.  Poor baby.

Addi needed a drink after a long hike.

Karsyn was thirsty too!!!

After spending a wonderful time at the park, it was time to head home.  It was such a wonderful weekend.  It's always a blessing to be with my family.
