Getting the kiddos ready for school and setting up my classroom consumed a lot of our August days. I didn't feel like we got the proper send off for summer. So this afternoon, I took the kiddos to what will likely be our very last trip to the splash pad this year. They were so excited when I told them to get dressed in their swim suits. We grabbed a quick hamburger and off we went.
It was a really fun afternoon! I'm hoping to get some pool time in tomorrow!

Looks like fun. I wish they had something like that here. Lance usually just turns on the hose and floods the backyard...lol. It is fun watching him though. :)
ReplyDeleteI am always so jealous of your fun splash parks. I just can not figure out why we don't have cooler ones here. Sigh. Looks like a great end of summer outing. I can't believe summer is almost over! :-(
ReplyDeleteI love your pictures. They look awesome! We haven't made it to a splash pad once this summer :( I'm hoping we'll be able to do that this weekend, maybe?!?! With our pool membership all our splash pad days were spent at the pool instead. Plus we didn't have enough really hot days.
