Payton

1. Payton turned 8 this week!  She is getting so big so fast.  We can't wait to celebrate at Chuck E. Cheese this weekend!  It's going to be a lot of fun!

2. On Sunday, we all had a case of the grumpys.  We went on an afternoon drive that led us to the lake.  The kids loved wading in the water.  I guess the winning combination to get in a better mood is fresh air, sunshine, and muddy water. =)

3. The weather has been so pretty here, that we've spent a lot of time playing at the park.  I love watching the kids play.  Karsyn has really surprised me.  She is fearless!  She doesn't turn 2 until next month, but she doesn't let anything stop her from doing what Evan, Payton, and Addisyn are doing. Next week, it's supposed to get in the 90's.  Splash Pad here we come! 

4.  Today, I took the kids shopping at Kohl's.  With a great coupon, I was able to buy a dress and five shirts for right under $20!  I love great deals!  It was all for the little ladies of the house.  Evan was really hoping to find a tye-dyed shirt,  but we didn't have any luck.  Maybe we'll make one for him?

5. I love that I've found this blog hop.  I've browsed through last weeks posts and have already found a few great blogs to follow.  I really look forward to finding more!
