This morning, Evan had his 3rd Grade Awards Assembly. I am super proud of my little man. The local Masonic Fraternity chose 2 students from each grade to receive an award for outstanding leadership and citizenship. Evan was one of the 3rd grade winners!!!! Each teacher awarded two students from each class a citizenship award and Evan's teacher chose him. He also received an award for having straight A's all school year long and for having over 170 AR points. God really made Evan special and I'm so excited to see what He is going to use him for.

After Addi and I got home from Evan's awards assembly, we had a pretend picnic with Daddy and Karsyn, while we waited on Addi's speech therapist to come to our house. Addi needs a little help with some of her speech. This week, we have put a plan in place. The whole family is working together and I'm confident that we'll see progress very soon.

Instead of driving to pick Evan and Payton up from school, I decided to push Karsyn in her stroller and let Addi ride her bike. I'm so thankful that Aunt Kary met us on the way - it was a little hard to push and direct at the same time! It was the first time that I've let Addi ride her bike on the street and she did an awesome job!!!! Aunt Kary and Stephen were even kind enough to walk us home. Thank you again!!!!

After we got home from school, I got a text from Payton's soccer coach. She's rescheduled to play the team that didn't show up last week this Saturday. So, we had a surprise soccer practice tonight! It's been a good day. I hope you all had a blessed day too!!!
Congratulations Evan on your awards! And congratulations Tracy on the walk with Karsyn and Addi. That sounds like a lot of work. Yay for Aunt Kary :)
