Karsyn and Addi had so much fun bouncing last Friday, that we decided to invite our friends Kim and Emily along to bounce today. We barely got a reservation and boy was it busy! The girls had so much fun! Last week, Karsyn had a little trouble doing the obstacle course. Today, she did it like a champ. Here she is making her way through!
We got there much earlier this week, so the girls got to play in room one for a little while. They both loved the big slide!
I love Addi's big pretty smile! It never left her sweet face.
Daddy and I were both amazed how Karsyn climbed up the ladder and whizzed down the slide all by herself. She LOVED it!
Pretty Emily had way too much fun!
Addi and Emily play very much alike. They are full of energy and just kind of go with the flow. Karsyn likes to play a little more orderly. She loves to be the leader and have everyone follow her. Sometimes these two play styles don't always mesh well...well not for little girls who like to control things. Karsyn got her feelings hurt when her big sis and best friend wanted to do their own thing. Daddy was more than happy to love her all up.
The girls bounced until they were worn out! We invited Kim and Emily out to lunch, but they had to get home. Here's Jason and I before we left for lunch.
After lunch, we decided to go look at new living room furniture. Karsyn really wanted this orange couch! As cute as she was sitting on it, I think we have something a little more neutral picked out. We'll have to order it and we're going to spend the weekend figuring out what pieces will fit the best in our living room.
While we were out, Payton's soccer coach let us know that her first game has been cancelled. We're in for more bad weather tomorrow. Boo! Pay was pretty disappointed with this news. She might just get to play on Sunday afternoon. We'll see.
Hope you all had a wonderful Friday too!

That looks like tons of fun! We are in the process of relocating to the Raleigh, NC area and there is a bouncy-type place near our new home. I am hoping we will check it out soon. On another note, your hair is beautiful. Do you use a curling iron or wand or curlers? I either have curly hair all over or really straight if I blow it out and straighten it. I like the straight/curl at the bottom look. Just wondering.... Happy Saturday! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your girls will love bouncing! It's a lot of fun!
DeleteThanks for the sweet comment about my hair! I use hot rollers. Every now and then, I get a hair that gets a little side ways, so if I need to, I'll fix that one with a curling iron. I've been very surprised at how easy and fast this hair style is.
Okay, first up, that picture of Karsyn and her daddy is just too sweet! So much love there! Also, I do really love your long hair. You do make it look easy to get those pretty curls. My hair has never held curl very well, but I do need to get some hot rollers and see what they will accomplish. I tend to result to the mommy ponytail a lot as I am not a morning person and am always running late. Haha! Also, I see you have another follower from NC. Us NC girls must really love you! Yes, we have bouncy places all over this state. She is probably referring to Monkey Joe's because I know there is one in Raleigh and several around here. I haven't taken Brody nearly as much as I used to take Evan because I just don't feel as physically capable of climbing in them with him like I used to. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew of a really good indoor playground in our area. We had some good ones in Edmonton and I just haven't found them here yet. They must exist though, right? Right?!?! It looks like you all had some fun. And Rachel is often getting her feelings hurt and needing extra cuddles. I'm just thrilled that for right now extra cuddles fix everything :)
