Friday Family Fun

This morning after Evan won his award (scroll down to the last post to read about that), the little ladies, Daddy, and I went to the mall for the second time this week.  On our last trip, we bought Addi a super cute hot pink trench coat from Dillards.  Addi looked so cute in it, that I HAD to go get one for Payton and Karsyn too.  While we were there, Karsyn talked us into a ride on the carousel, or merry-go-round as she likes to call it. =)  We also let the girls have some fun in the play area again.

In other exciting news, as of today I am down 24 pounds!!!!  I am really starting to notice it in my face!  I still have quite a bit more to go before I reach my goal, but it's so exciting to see progress!

Okay, so back to our fun.  This evening, Evan and Payton's school hosted Family Fun Night.  The kiddos were so excited!  Even better, Jason had the night off!  Yay!  Since I had bought tickets earlier in the day, we were able to bypass the lines and went straight to get the kiddos some pizza for dinner.  After their little bellys were full, the next order of business was to have some bouncy house fun.  Payton and Addi did it as a duo.  I love the joy on Payton's face!

Evan went with Karsyn.  Karsyn needed a little extra help and Evan was more than happy to assist.

You know a little girl has had way too much fun when her hair bow is side ways. =)

It wouldn't be Family Fun Night without the kiddos getting their faces painted.  Payton stuck with her usual - a beautiful rainbow!

Addi has talked all day about getting a purple butterfly painted on her face.

Karsyn told us earlier in the day, that she wanted her face painted orange.  But, when it was decision making time, she thought Addi's idea of a purple butterfly was right for her too.  It was Karsyn's first time to get her face painted.  She did great!

Evan mustache you a question. ha!

Then, it was game time!  The kiddos all had so much fun!

Somehow after playing games for a while, we ended up only having 2 tickets left.  Daddy and I decided that since there was just no fair way to divide it, we'd bless someone else with them.  It was a really fun night!

Hope you had a fun Friday too!

  1. First, you are definitely looking awesome in that picture! You always look lovely, but I know you feel so good about your progress. I just think you look so young in that picture! :-) What a fun night! I love that Karsyn just wants to be so much like her big sister Addi, and your little joke for Evan's picture was quite funny. Starting a comedy routine maybe? Haha!

  2. Way to go on your weight loss. That is not an easy journey and you are rocking it Tracy!

This Family Fun Night looks like a lot of fun (Hahaha!). I'm glad you all enjoyed yourselves. And the pictures of your three girls in their matching coats shows that the extra trip to the mall was so worth it!
